Minneapolis Rowing Club hosted the annual Lake Nokomis Sprints Regatta Saturday, June 21 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It was a full day of side-by-side sprint racing on the scenic waters of Lake Nokomis. Rowers of all ages and experience levels – from juniors to masters – competed in a fun, fast-paced event that brought the local and regional rowing communities together. Competing in the #2 boat are Minneapolis Rowing Club members Owen Sargent, John Kovats, Alexander Jacobsen, Walter Henderson-King and female coxswain Cecilia Palombo.
