Looking at the lot that housed the Minnehaha Lake Wine & Spirits building. The rubble was removed and the site filled in, and the property owners have announced their intent to rebuild. However, the high construction costs have delayed them. The insurance funds don't cover the total cost of rebuilding to the city's specifications for the 2040 plan.
